RemoteMore Website Updates
If you’ve visited our website recently, you’ve probably noticed some awesome updates. Our new people-oriented design reflects much better the mission of RemoteMore – connecting remote developers with companies from all around the world, regardless of their location.
We want to stress that it is a “Work in Progress”. We’ll be doing many more website updates in the next months to include everything new happening with RemoteMore. So to a large extent, this blog post gives you early access to all new services and product updates.

RemoteMore Product Updates
If you haven’t logged in to RemoteMore’s Marketplace recently, you might be pleasantly surprised by what awaits you there. Keep reading to see a live demo of our new product features in action.
1. Job Dashboard
Our brand new Job Dashboard allows you to create and manage all of your job openings in one place. You can now see, create and manage multiple jobs simultaneously. To create a new job, simply click on the “Add new job” button, fill in your requirements, and click on “Save job”:
The most important fields to fill in are Skills, Budget, and Seniority. We recommend choosing between 2 to a maximum of 5 skills for your job. You can also edit your job requirements by clicking “Edit” in the upper right corner of each job.
2. Handpicked Candidates
Once you’re happy with your job details, you can proceed to the next step and simply click on the “Request Developers” button. When you do that, our expert team will look at your job requirements and manually handpick the 5 best-matching candidates for your job.
With our Handpicked Profiles, there is no need to spend time searching for candidates. You can rest assured you’re receiving the very best profiles for the least effort on your end. Apart from finding the most suitable profiles on your behalf, our team knows which developers are high performers – either based on their past work performance or on their performance in our technical and soft skills pre-screening process.
Once the 5 Handpicked Profiles are ready, you will receive an email notification, and the developers will appear in your job dashboard like this:
3. Schedule Interviews
After your handpicked candidates arrive, there is just one last step. Visit the 5 developer profiles and click on the “Schedule interview” button for all developers you like.
There you’ll have two choices. We highly recommend choosing the “Provide your scheduling link” option (if you’re using a scheduling tool). You just paste your Calendly, Hubspot, or any other scheduling link in the box, and your interviews get scheduled.
Alternatively, you can provide 3-5 time slots when you are available. We recommend using this option only if you aren’t using a scheduling tool:
In both cases, we coordinate with the candidates and schedule the interviews for you. And if your plans change, don’t worry. Our team can reschedule the interviews for you.
It’s recommended to schedule interviews with at least 5 developers for a maximum chance of making a successful hire. If needed, you can request more handpicked candidates from us or search independently in our candidate pool.
After you’re done interviewing, just let us know which developer(s) you would like to hire. We prepare all the documents needed for hiring them compliantly with the local labor laws… and you just need to review them and sign!

4. Two-week Risk-Free Trial
When it comes to hiring new developers – skills and quality are of utmost importance.
At RemoteMore, we pre-screen the developers for technical and soft skills before we approve them on our platform. That’s how we ensure you receive access only to the highest quality candidates.
However, actions are louder than words. That’s why we decided to roll out our new 2-week risk-free trial period. In case you are not satisfied with the work performed by the developers and decide to let them go within the first 2 weeks, you will not pay anything for the work done so far, and your contract will be terminated immediately.
That’s what we call a real risk-free trial!

RemoteMore NEW Services
We’re excited to announce that apart from our product updates, we’ve also launched 2 new services. The best thing about these new services is that they can also be used for candidates hired outside the RemoteMore marketplace.
This was one of the top requests by our company users. Now you can also access those services across your remote workers hired outside the RemoteMore marketplace.
1. RemoteMore’s Global Payroll Solution
With the RemoteMore Global Payroll solution, you can hire pretty much any person as a remote employee or contractor, regardless of where they are based. We handle all of the Remote Payroll setup and monthly processing for you. On top of that, we resolve and assume all of the possible compliance risks of the remote hiring contracts instead of you.
